Emphasizing on "learnings" only will be viewed as a cost to the organisation, unless you are presenting as a student to uni profmy supervisor's comment on my final slide. hey, it was his boss to tell me to put in the learnings? and the whole ppt is already selling my achievements? why cannot conclude with learnings - but i didn't dare ask. *sighs*
so next monday is the presentation. which i think will decide whether i get promoted or not (finally).
