sunday #3

this week has been pretty slow. thanks to a minor operation which gave me 3 days of break which means i only hv to go work on mon and fri :D mon was weekly svc ops meeting following by learning needs analysis which means the day was gone pretty quickly. fri was perf appraisal workshop (teach u how to make ur boss give u higher grade aka better bonus) which spent the whole morning followed by weien coming up to talk to opm folks and me going down to talk to devpt folks and staying on for the fresher air there. got 2 cups of oolong tea too heh. in between all the talking, i did more talking... with ptb. finally mustered enuf courage to tell him that i've got another offer. he told me ethg i needed to know, reassured me what he can reassure me, tell me that there are things he also cannot guarantee, and in all i still think he makes a lot of sense. it's amazing how he can pull out all his thots so well-organized. he is one big reason pulling me to stay at sgh. but i'm gonna stay sane. i'm gonna leave. it's not abt how the grass looks greener on the other side, i really fancy the pastures here. it's just that a bird in hand is better than two in the bush.

btw, i really hate eating snakefish regardless how good it is to help wounds heal. it looks ugly, makes my stomach sick and has just too many bones. rarrrrrs.
