Can we live in a system with no right and wrong?

At the Quality Improvement workshop ytd, the QI manager led us through this activity called "Rob a bank". In groups of about 6-7 ppl, we're supposed to assume the roles as robbers and go through a flowchart depicting the decision process. With steps like 'meet henchmen', 'take the loot and live it up', 'select another bank', 'bribe the jury', 'stand trial', and decisions like 'is DA friendly?', 'is police friendly', 'is getaway successful', 'is area inside clear', 'is area outside clear'... we were overwhelmed with steps, decisions and a whole chunk of arrows. So we've debated about if DA is friendly, does it mean we'll be acquitted or does it mean we can bribe the DA. hahah.there were 5 groups and all 5 groups came up with different logic sequence. what i really cannot stand is hearing my colleague niaming - right behind me - about how a particular step in my flowchart is illogical. she totally missed the point la... the activity is so not abt coming up with the 'right' flowchart cos it's so not a workshop to train us as robbers and make sure we understand the process of becoming good robbers.the main point to drive home is that when the process has many steps complexed with a multitude of decisions and involving a range of stakeholders, must look at the big picture and focus everyone on working out the process together. rarrrs.
